Enterprise Delivery Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Enterprise Delivery Manager in United States.

This role sits at the center of large-scale, mission-critical SaaS implementations for public sector organizations, where precision, accountability, and trust are essential. The Enterprise Delivery Manager oversees the successful delivery of complex enterprise deployments across multiple high-impact customers, ensuring alignment between technical execution and business outcomes. This position leads end-to-end implementation strategy, from contract signature through go-live and stabilization, while guiding internal teams and engaging directly with senior public safety and government stakeholders. It requires strong leadership in managing delivery portfolios, anticipating risk, and resolving challenges before they affect customer success. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and deeply mission-driven, with significant exposure to executive-level decision-making. This role has a direct impact on improving operational effectiveness and outcomes in public safety organizations across the country.

Accountabilities:
  • Own end-to-end delivery outcomes across a portfolio of enterprise SaaS implementations, ensuring success across scope, timeline, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead complex customer onboarding and implementation cycles from contract signature through go-live and post-launch stabilization.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing delivery team, setting clear expectations, coaching performance, and supporting professional growth.
  • Serve as the senior delivery liaison for enterprise customers, building trusted relationships with executive sponsors, IT leaders, and operational stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks while escalating critical issues when leadership intervention is required.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align delivery plans, capacity, and customer commitments.
  • Oversee portfolio health, resource allocation, forecasting, and operational planning across concurrent implementations.
  • Lead recovery efforts for at-risk accounts, ensuring transparent communication and effective resolution strategies.
  • Translate complex technical and data-driven solutions into clear business value for diverse stakeholder audiences.
  • Build and strengthen delivery processes, ensuring scalability, consistency, and continuous improvement across engagements.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in software delivery, implementation, or professional services, including at least 4+ years in a leadership or management role.
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS environments, ideally supporting enterprise or public sector customers.
  • Proven success managing multiple concurrent enterprise implementations and owning delivery outcomes across a portfolio of accounts.
  • Strong operational and analytical skills, including capacity planning, utilization management, and scope control.
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders such as executives, government officials, IT leaders, and operational decision-makers.
  • Ability to interpret and challenge technical architecture, data flows, and configuration decisions to unblock delivery teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or PMP/Agile certifications are a plus.
  • Experience working with government agencies or public safety organizations is strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% for customer engagement and go-live support.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and executive presence, with the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $160,000 – $175,000 depending on experience and location
  • Unlimited paid time off
  • Fully remote work within the United States (Central Time Zone alignment required)
  • Summer half-day Fridays
  • Seasonal “Freed Up Fridays” to support focus time and productivity
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Employer-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Optional supplemental benefits including additional life, spouse life, and accident insurance
  • Inclusive, mission-driven culture focused on public safety impact
  • Strong emphasis on autonomy, innovation, and professional growth
