Digital Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager based in United States.

This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven digital marketer to take ownership of website performance, conversion optimization, paid media strategy, and organic growth initiatives across multiple brands. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between demand generation, content, marketing operations, and external agency partners, ensuring digital programs directly contribute to pipeline growth and business outcomes. You will lead efforts to improve user experiences, strengthen technical SEO and AI-driven discovery foundations, optimize landing page infrastructure, and drive measurable improvements in customer acquisition efficiency. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you'll have the autonomy to make impactful decisions, influence marketing strategy, and continuously test, learn, and improve performance across key digital channels.

Accountabilities:
  • Own website performance across corporate and brand websites, driving improvements in conversion rates, user journeys, page engagement, and overall digital experience.
  • Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives by developing testing strategies, establishing hypotheses, analyzing results, and maintaining a backlog of optimization opportunities.
  • Manage the technical SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) foundation, including site architecture, schema implementation, redirects, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and overall website health.
  • Partner with content marketing teams to ensure technical infrastructure supports organic growth strategies and improves discoverability across traditional and AI-driven search experiences.
  • Develop and maintain scalable landing page frameworks across CMS and marketing platforms, enabling efficient campaign execution and self-service capabilities.
  • Act as the primary owner of external paid media agency relationships, providing strategic direction, managing performance reviews, evaluating recommendations, and ensuring accountability to pipeline and CAC targets.
  • Monitor campaign performance across paid channels, analyze reporting, optimize budget allocation, and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting across website, SEO, paid media, and conversion initiatives, translating complex data into clear business insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing operations teams on attribution, tracking, reporting accuracy, and data quality improvements.
  • Partner with demand generation, content, and product marketing stakeholders to align digital initiatives with business priorities and revenue goals.
  • Stay informed about evolving digital marketing trends, AI-powered marketing technologies, and emerging best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of digital marketing experience within a B2B SaaS or technology-focused environment.
  • Proven expertise managing website performance, digital acquisition programs, and conversion rate optimization initiatives.
  • Experience overseeing or closely partnering with external paid media agencies, including performance management, strategy development, and accountability for results.
  • Strong understanding of paid media performance metrics, customer acquisition cost (CAC), campaign optimization, and digital attribution models.
  • Hands-on experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests and CRO experiments.
  • Knowledge of technical SEO principles, including schema markup, redirects, site architecture, indexing, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven search trends, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and emerging digital discovery channels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, diagnose performance issues, and develop data-backed recommendations.
  • Excellent project management skills with experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex digital concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Search Console, SEMrush, WordPress, and HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, AI productivity tools, or modern data infrastructure solutions is considered an asset.
  • Curiosity about AI technologies and willingness to incorporate emerging tools into marketing workflows and decision-making processes.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of CAD 105,000 – 125,000 for candidates based in Canada.
  • Fully remote work environment with flexibility to work from anywhere within approved locations.
  • Comprehensive employer-funded healthcare benefits, including prescription drug, dental, and mental health coverage.
  • RRSP matching program to support long-term financial planning and retirement savings.
  • Unlimited paid time off, paid company holidays, and an annual company-wide winter break.
  • Professional development support, including access to learning resources, training opportunities, and career growth discussions.
  • Collaborative, supportive, and values-driven culture focused on innovation, accountability, and teamwork.
  • Opportunity to take ownership of high-impact digital growth initiatives with direct influence on business performance.
  • Exposure to modern marketing technologies, AI-driven tools, and evolving digital acquisition strategies.
  • Work-life balance and flexibility designed to support employee well-being and long-term success.
