- Greet and assist commercial and fleet customers, providing a professional and welcoming experience

- Prepare and review service estimates, ensuring accuracy and transparency

- Schedule service appointments efficiently to maximize shop productivity

- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service progress and vehicle status

- Upsell additional services and maintenance to meet customer needs.

- Maintain detailed and accurate service records in the dealership management system

Skills and Qualifications

- Previous experience as a service advisor, preferably in a commercial or fleet environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy shop environment

- Customer-focused attitude with a professional demeanor

- Proficiency with dealership management software (CDK)
