Key Responsibilities:

- Cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat according to established specifications and customer requests

- Operate meat cutting equipment safely and efficiently

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and tools in compliance with health regulations

- Ensure proper storage and labeling of meat products

- Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable recommendations

- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies

- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Meat Cutter or in a similar role

- Knowledge of different cuts of meat and butchering techniques

- Ability to operate meat processing equipment safely

- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

- Good communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods

- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one is preferred
