We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Maintenance III Technician Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across our facilities. Duties (included but not limited to):
- Maintain oversight of the plant's maintenance duties to ensure optimum performance and a safe working environment meeting current OSHA requirements
- Perform all electrical and some air conditioning repairs
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and system upgrades to ensure accurate documentation
- Collaborate with other trades such as HVAC, frame carpentry or handyman services to support comprehensive facility maintenance needs
- Perform "on-call" duties for electrical and some air conditioning needs as required
- Operate and manage all life safety systems including fire alarm monitoring panels, dry/wet sprinkler systems, audible alarms, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, means of egress, fire
- Conduct regular inspection tours of the building for deficiencies and potential safety hazards
- Take part in emergency preparedness planning

Requirements:- High school diploma/GED, trade school diploma
- 3-5 years proven industrial electrician experience
- 2+ years in Supervision is a plus
- Basic computer working knowledge
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment essentials for electrical troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to high voltage and low voltage electrical work
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment which includes but not limited to noise, changing temperatures (hot/cold, wet, humid), maneuvering around manufacturing equipment
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb and lift
