This role is focused on producing high-performance video content that directly supports growth in paid social and digital marketing channels. You will be responsible for turning raw footage into polished, conversion-driven ad creatives designed for DTC and eCommerce audiences. You will own the end-to-end editing process for performance-driven video content, ensuring high-quality outputs that are optimized for multiple platforms and marketing use cases. Your work will directly support content velocity, creative testing, and paid media performance.
- Edit raw footage into high-performing short-form and long-form video ads for DTC and eCommerce campaigns
- Optimize video content for multiple platforms, ensuring correct formatting, pacing, and export specifications
- Maintain consistent editing style, pacing, and visual quality across all deliverables
- Organize, manage, and maintain editing project files, raw footage, and version control systems
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals and brand direction
- Support rapid content iteration by producing fast, high-quality edits based on performance feedback
- Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines with minimal revisions and high production standards
You bring strong video editing experience with a focus on performance marketing, ideally within DTC or eCommerce environments. You are highly detail-oriented, fast-moving, and comfortable executing within structured workflows where output quality and speed are critical.
- 2–5+ years of professional video editing experience
- Proven experience editing for DTC brands, eCommerce companies, or performance marketing campaigns
- Strong proficiency in short-form and long-form video editing for digital platforms
- Solid understanding of pacing, storytelling through editing, and conversion-driven creative structure
- Experience creating captions, formatting content for multiple platforms, and ensuring delivery readiness
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut
- Familiarity with motion graphics tools such as After Effects or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent editing quality across multiple projects
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and meet fast-paced deadlines
- Portfolio showcasing performance-driven ad creatives is required
- Competitive base compensation starting around $1,500/month, with performance-based bonuses available
