Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Commercial Refrigeration Technician. The Commercial Refrigeration Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing commercial refrigeration systems. You will work with various types of refrigeration units, including walk-in coolers and freezers, ice machines, and other commercial equipment.

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair refrigeration systems, including compressors, condensers, and evaporators.
• Perform routine maintenance on refrigeration equipment to ensure optimum performance,
• Install new refrigeration components as needed.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in refrigerated systems.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including service reports and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial refrigeration.
• EPA Certification (Type I, II, or Universal) required.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical components, and HVAC principles.
• Ability to read and interprets technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
