You will help analyze markets, competitors, and disruptive trends across the real estate and adjacent technology ecosystems.
The position plays a key role in identifying new growth opportunities, white spaces, and strategic pathways that influence executive decision-making.
You will collaborate closely with corporate development, finance, product, and leadership teams on high-impact strategic initiatives.
The role requires strong analytical depth combined with the ability to translate complex research into clear executive-level insights.
You will be responsible for monitoring competitive landscapes and supporting strategic intelligence that informs major business decisions.

- Conduct in-depth research on competitors, disrupters, and market trends across real estate and adjacent industries, using both traditional and alternative data sources.
- Perform market sizing, value chain analysis, white space identification, and business model assessments to support strategic decision-making.
- Synthesize complex datasets and research outputs into executive-ready presentations and actionable strategic recommendations.
- Support competitive intelligence initiatives, including tracking competitor activity and analyzing implications of market moves such as M&A or partnerships.
- Design research frameworks, interview guides, and questionnaires to support primary research and expert interviews.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across corporate strategy, finance, product, and executive leadership teams.
- Build structured competitor landscapes, peer mapping, and strategic benchmarking models using multiple research tools and databases.
- Contribute to ongoing strategy projects including go-to-market analysis, investment evaluations, and growth opportunity assessments.
- 7–10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, market research, or competitive intelligence, preferably from a top-tier firm or global organization.
- Strong expertise in strategic frameworks such as market sizing, trend analysis, value chain mapping, business model evaluation, and M&A analysis.
- Experience working with research and data platforms such as PitchBook, Cap IQ, D&B Hoovers, Preqin, AlphaSense, or Factiva; exposure to real estate datasets is a plus.
- Strong academic background in business, economics, engineering, computer science, or related fields; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large, complex datasets into clear insights.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, including financial modeling and executive storytelling.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in global, distributed teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines.
