This is a high-impact field sales role focused on driving territory growth, expanding provider adoption, and accelerating revenue across a fast-scaling, regulated healthcare environment. As a Field Account Executive, you will be responsible for building trusted relationships with healthcare providers and clinic stakeholders while executing consultative, data-driven sales strategies. You will own the full territory lifecycle—from prospecting and pipeline development to closing and account expansion—while ensuring strong alignment with operational, compliance, and customer success teams. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a high-growth setting where speed, precision, and customer trust directly influence outcomes. You will also leverage modern AI-enabled tools to improve targeting, forecasting, and sales efficiency. The environment is mission-driven, performance-oriented, and deeply focused on expanding access to healthcare solutions at scale.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute territory growth strategies to expand provider adoption, strengthen market penetration, and increase revenue across assigned regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and decision-makers through consultative, value-based engagement.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pipeline development, negotiation, onboarding, and account expansion.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, competitive analysis, and targeted territory planning.
  • Deliver tailored product education, presentations, and solution recommendations aligned with provider needs and patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting data, and pipeline reporting to ensure visibility into territory performance.
  • Collaborate with operations, compliance, and support teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and execution.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and analytics to improve targeting, optimize sales performance, and strengthen forecasting accuracy.
  • Contribute market insights and competitive intelligence to inform broader commercial strategy and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 3–7+ years of experience in field sales, account management, or territory-based commercial roles, ideally within healthcare or pharmaceutical environments.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with experience engaging healthcare providers or enterprise-level customers.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, forecasting tools, and data-driven sales methodologies.
  • Ability to interpret market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to drive territory strategy.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both clinical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience working in regulated environments with a strong understanding of compliance requirements.
  • Highly self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary with commission structure and performance-based incentives
  • Equity participation in a high-growth organization
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Paid time off, flexible work arrangements, and parental leave
  • Wellness benefits and employee assistance programs
  • Professional development support and career growth opportunities
  • Opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization improving access to healthcare nationwide
