  • Monitor supervisees' progress toward licensure and provide guidance on meeting licensure requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and timely supervision records.
  • Maintain a small caseload of clients, providing individual and/or family therapy services.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
  • Participate in clinical team meetings, case conferences, and program development activities.
  • Collaborate with other clinical staff, program managers, and administrative personnel to ensure coordinated and effective service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Assist with training and onboarding of new clinical staff, as needed.
  • Stay current with developments in the field of mental health, including best practices, research, and ethical guidelines.
What You Should Bring:
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field.
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)) in the state of California.
  • Minimum of 4 years of post-licensure experience providing direct therapy services to children and families.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing individual and group clinical supervision to pre-licensed therapists.
  • Experience with MediCal-funded programs.
  • Familiarity with PAVE and CAQH.
  • Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Thorough understanding of ethical and legal standards related to mental health practice and clinical supervision.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback, support, and guidance to supervisees.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proactive communication and strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in clinical documentation and record-keeping.
  • Commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity in working with diverse populations.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work from Hively offices as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
