Role Overview
You'll be responsible for the ongoing grounds maintenance of client properties across the Milwaukee area. This is a hands-on, outdoor role requiring reliable attendance, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities

Mow, edge, and trim lawns and turf areas on a scheduled route
Maintain landscape beds: weeding, mulching, and seasonal cleanup
Prune shrubs, ornamental trees, and ground cover as needed
Operate and maintain equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools
Perform seasonal services: spring/fall cleanups, snow removal support
Identify and report property issues, irrigation problems, or pest/disease concerns to your supervisor
Keep equipment clean, fueled, and in working order; report maintenance needs promptly
Represent Property Prep professionally on-site at all times

Qualifications

Prior landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred; motivated entry-level candidates will be considered
Ability to operate commercial lawn equipment safely and efficiently
Physical ability to perform outdoor labor in all weather conditions, including lifting up to 50 lbs
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required if operating company vehicles)
Reliable transportation to report to a designated staging location
Ability to work independently and manage time across a multi-stop route
Basic communication skills for reporting to supervisors and interacting with clients
