The Analytics & Data Engineering professional will be responsible for building and maintaining data-driven solutions that enable better decision-making across the organization. The role requires strong technical capabilities combined with the ability to understand business needs and deliver high-quality analytical products.

• Develop analytical solutions that support strategic and operational business decisions.
• Build, transform, validate, and structure data to provide reliable information for end users.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and semantic models using Power BI.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate challenges into effective data solutions.
• Design and improve data pipelines and analytical products to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Apply data modeling techniques to organize and optimize information for business consumption.
• Ensure data quality, documentation, governance, and continuous improvement of analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in agile environments to deliver impactful data initiatives.
• Support the evolution of data platforms by applying best practices in analytics engineering and data management.

The ideal candidate has experience working with data analytics, SQL, visualization platforms, and modern data engineering tools. This professional should be comfortable working with technical and business teams while contributing to data-driven transformation projects.

• Experience working with SQL for data analysis, transformation, and querying.
• Hands-on experience developing dashboards and analytical solutions with Power BI.
• Experience with data modeling, analysis, and creation of business-oriented insights.
• Knowledge of Databricks, Spark, or PySpark environments.
• Experience developing or supporting data pipelines and analytical data products.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience working with data quality practices and documentation.
• Professional English proficiency to collaborate in a global environment.
• Experience with Azure cloud environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of Delta Live Tables (DLT) and Unity Catalog is a plus.
• Experience with Git, version control, and collaborative development practices is a plus.
• Experience working in agile environments is desirable.
• Previous exposure to Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, or similar business domains is an advantage.
