The Quality Inspector plays a key role in ensuring our products meet the high standards our customers expect. You'll inspect materials and finished products, identify quality concerns, document findings, and work alongside production teams to support continuous improvement throughout the facility.
What You'll Do- Perform in-process and final product inspections.
- Verify incoming materials meet specifications.
- Use measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and tape measures.
- Document inspection results and report non-conformances.
- Support root cause investigations and corrective actions.
- Assist with audits, quality checks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote a culture of quality, safety, and accountability.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of manufacturing quality inspection experience preferred.
- Experience reading blueprints and using precision measuring equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of SPC, Lean Manufacturing, or Root Cause Analysis is a plus.
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Lift up to 40 pounds.
- Perform detailed visual inspections and precision measurements.
