We're seeking a skilled Site Technician to work alongside our Regional General Manager and Maintenance Tech Lead to ensure equipment reliability and customer satisfaction at our two Richmond-area locations.

What You'll Do

The Complete Package: Mechanical Skills + Customer Service

Diagnose problems and repair high-pressure water systems, pumps, and plumbing
Troubleshoot chemical injection equipment and mixing systems
Service IBA (In-Bay Automatic) wash systems
Perform electrical troubleshooting on motors and control panels
Maintain pneumatic and air systems
Maintain site cleanliness including emptying trash receptacles and blowing parking lots
Provide professional customer service while onsite, going out of your way to assist customers
Respond to equipment emergencies to keep sites operational
What We're Looking For

Required:

2+ years of mechanical experience (automotive, HVAC, industrial maintenance, or similar)
Excellent communication skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Customer service experience and professional attitude
Availability on weekends (Saturdays are a must, Sundays are preferred but not required) and early mornings (6:00 / 7:00 AM starts)
Physical capability: lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors
Valid VA driver's license and reliable transportation
Comfortable using smartphones/tablets for work reporting
Ability to work independently and as a team
Preferred:

Experience with high-pressure washers or water systems
Electrical troubleshooting skills (110V/220V)
Background with pumps, pneumatics, or hydraulics
Previous car wash or industrial maintenance experience

Compensation:

$15-$18/hour based on experience
Mileage reimbursement between locations

Schedule

Part-Time
Weekend work required (Saturdays are a must, Sundays are preferred but not required) and early mornings (6:00 / 7:00 AM starts)
Early morning shifts available (starting at 6 AM), flexible shifts available
Travel between Midlothian and Colonial Heights as needed (15 miles apart)
Physical Requirements

Stand and walk for extended periods
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
Bend, kneel, squat, climb ladders to access equipment
Work outdoors
Work in wet conditions around water and chemicals
