Description: As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our software products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and developers to transform ideas into reality. Primary duties of this position include:
• Continuously assess market trends, user feedback, and competitive landscapes to inform product decisions.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and participate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and sprint reviews.
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are at the forefront of product development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and designers to create a cohesive product roadmap.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements based on business objectives and user needs.
• Work closely with development teams to define user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Clearly communicate product requirements and ensure alignment across teams, including product updates and progress to various stakeholders.
• Maintain a well-defined backlog and ensure it aligns with overall product strategy.
• Define and prioritize product features based on business objectives and user needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and designers to create a cohesive product roadmap.
• Clearly communicate product requirements and ensure alignment across teams.

Requirements:

• Experience working with PCs and Data Entry
• Willingness to take direction from Senior Team Members
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software development.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and the software development life cycle.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance technical and business considerations to make informed decisions.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Experience working with Cherwell Service Management
• Ability to write queries for use in Team Foundation Services
• Experience working with XML and interface tools such as Postman
• Experience writing SQL Queries using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
• Ability to mentor new team members on our Agile Software Development Practices
