This role offers the opportunity to empower sales teams with the strategies, resources, and insights needed to accelerate revenue growth.
You will design and execute enablement programs that improve sales productivity, strengthen go-to-market execution, and support successful product launches.
Working across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams, you will help create alignment and consistency across the customer journey.
The position combines strategic planning, program management, analytics, and hands-on collaboration with commercial teams.
You will play a key role in developing sales capabilities, optimizing processes, and driving measurable business outcomes.

The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for building scalable enablement strategies, improving sales effectiveness, and supporting successful go-to-market initiatives through cross-functional collaboration.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify enablement needs and create targeted programs that support product launches, campaigns, and revenue objectives.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of sales resources, including training materials, product documentation, competitive insights, demo scripts, presentations, and proposals.
- Design and deliver sales training sessions, onboarding programs, and certification initiatives to strengthen product knowledge and sales execution.
- Collaborate with Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging, campaign alignment, and effective sales support strategies.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators related to sales productivity, deal velocity, win rates, and overall revenue impact.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and optimization strategies.
- Partner with Revenue Operations teams to enhance CRM processes, sales workflows, and enablement technology adoption.
- Lead go-to-market program planning, including timelines, stakeholder coordination, launch execution, and post-launch performance reviews.
- Gather feedback from sales and customer-facing teams to continuously improve tools, messaging, and enablement programs.
- Manage enablement resources, budgets, and tools to maximize return on investment and business impact.
The ideal candidate combines sales enablement expertise, strong project management capabilities, and a data-driven mindset to improve commercial performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, go-to-market strategy, sales operations, program management, or a related function.
- Proven experience creating and executing sales enablement programs that deliver measurable improvements in performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and insights to guide business decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, sales enablement tools such as Highspot or Seismic, and project management solutions such as Asana or Jira.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer journeys, product positioning, and revenue growth strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
