- Plan, coordinate, and execute projects according to technical standards, operational objectives, quality requirements, and established project management practices.
- Manage project schedules, resources, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring successful completion within defined scope and timelines.
- Develop and maintain project installation plans, procedures, schedules, documentation, and reporting systems.
- Coordinate engineering, installation teams, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution.
- Monitor project risks, issues, changes, and dependencies while implementing mitigation strategies to maintain schedule and budget performance.
- Review project requirements, specifications, and designs while collaborating with technical teams to support successful delivery.
- Prepare and manage change orders, project updates, forecasts, and administrative documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing proactive communication, addressing concerns, monitoring satisfaction, and managing expectations.
- Lead project meetings, provide progress updates, and ensure alignment between customers, internal teams, and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, industry regulations, and company procedures throughout project execution.
- Coordinate and mentor project team members, assign responsibilities, support professional development, and promote a collaborative work environment.
- Analyze processes and recommend improvements to increase project delivery efficiency and operational performance.
- Provide reporting to senior leadership, including project status updates, revenue forecasting, staffing needs, and performance insights.
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in construction management, project management, personnel management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager with at least 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience managing technical, construction, security, communications, or installation-based projects is highly desirable.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and multiple priorities simultaneously.
- CAPM or PMP certification, or active pursuit of a recognized project management certification.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and related project management platforms.
- Excellent organizational, time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, stakeholders, customers, and leadership.
- Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to represent the organization positively with clients.
- Ability to work outside standard business hours when project requirements demand flexibility.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate documentation, reports, and administrative records.
