Product Manager - Acquisition (f/m/x)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager - Acquisition (f/m/x) based in Switzerland.

Join a remote-first product team shaping the future of customer acquisition across search engines, AI assistants, and emerging commerce technologies. In this strategic role, you will define and execute the product vision for organic growth, combining technical SEO, AI discoverability, and data-driven experimentation to improve how customers find and engage with digital products. Working cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, analytics, commercial, and legal teams, you'll develop scalable solutions that increase visibility, trust, and acquisition performance across multiple European markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a product leader who enjoys solving complex discovery challenges, embracing new AI-driven technologies, and delivering measurable business impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Accountabilities
  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for acquisition initiatives focused on SEO, AI discoverability, and emerging agentic commerce experiences.
  • Lead product initiatives that improve technical SEO, including crawlability, indexation, site architecture, structured data, localized content, and overall discoverability across multiple international markets.
  • Develop strategies that increase visibility across AI-powered search experiences, large language models, and conversational search platforms while strengthening entity authority and brand presence.
  • Manage product requirements for catalog structure, product feeds, and metadata to support traditional search engines as well as AI-driven shopping experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, analytics, commercial, legal, and content teams to deliver scalable acquisition solutions and remove cross-functional blockers.
  • Translate strategic objectives into product requirements, user stories, experimentation plans, and measurable success metrics.
  • Monitor acquisition performance through analytics, search insights, experimentation, and market-level reporting to identify optimization opportunities and guide prioritization.
  • Evaluate the interaction between organic and paid acquisition channels to improve overall marketing efficiency and maximize qualified traffic.
  • Clearly communicate complex technical and strategic topics to stakeholders at all levels while balancing priorities, resources, and business objectives.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in Product Management with significant exposure to SEO, organic growth, marketplace platforms, or digital discoverability.
  • Strong understanding of technical and content SEO, including crawlability, indexation, international SEO, site architecture, structured data, and content optimization.
  • Strong interest in AI-powered search, generative engine optimization (GEO), conversational search, entity authority, and the evolving landscape of agentic commerce.
  • Experience working with structured product feeds, APIs, metadata, and shopping platforms such as Google Merchant Center or similar technologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with hands-on experience using experimentation, web analytics, Search Console, and performance measurement to guide product decisions.
  • Strong technical fluency and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on topics such as crawling, rendering, structured data, APIs, and technical trade-offs.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to align diverse cross-functional teams around shared objectives.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and product development workflows.
  • Passion for sustainability, digital marketplaces, AI innovation, and building products that deliver meaningful customer and business impact.
Benefits
  • Fully remote position with the flexibility to work from Europe.
  • Opportunity to contribute to innovative product initiatives at the intersection of AI, search, and digital commerce.
  • Dedicated learning and development budget to support professional growth through courses, conferences, and training.
  • Access to mental health and personal development support through professional coaching and wellbeing resources.
  • Regular internal workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to encourage continuous learning and collaboration.
  • Flexible working environment with autonomy over how and where you work.
  • Opportunities to participate in company-wide in-person gatherings, team-building events, and collaborative workshops throughout the year.
  • Inclusive, feedback-driven culture that values ownership, experimentation, diversity, and continuous improvement.
