Schafer Manufacturing Co is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to support our operations remotely from Little Rock, AR. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and efficiently to ensure the smooth running of our office.

• Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
• Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, company credit cards, and office keys.
• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
• Assist with organizing company events and conferences.
• Manage and maintain digital filing systems.
• Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
• Maintain contact lists.

• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
