This is a senior full-stack development opportunity for a highly autonomous engineer working across Node.js and ReactJS.
You will join a multidisciplinary team and contribute to both technical refinement and hands-on development of complex solutions.
The role combines backend and frontend engineering with a strong focus on API quality, microservices, resilience, and maintainability.
You will help ensure delivery quality through code reviews, automated testing, static analysis, and continuous delivery practices.
A key part of the role is using AI tools effectively to accelerate development while maintaining strong technical judgment and quality standards.
You will also influence technical discussions, identify opportunities to improve team efficiency, and contribute to engineering best practices.
For professionals based in the Campinas metropolitan region, regular presence at the local offices is required according to the applicable attendance policy.

• Develop and maintain solutions across both backend with Node.js and frontend with ReactJS, taking ownership of features from technical refinement through delivery.
• Design and implement complex functionalities and technical mechanisms with a high degree of autonomy and limited need for support.
• Apply good practices for building scalable, maintainable, and reliable APIs.
• Develop and evolve microservices-based solutions, considering integration, scalability, resilience, and maintainability.
• Participate in business and technical ceremonies, contributing actively to requirements refinement and detailed technical solution design.
• Ensure delivery quality through code reviews, static code analysis, automated testing, and other engineering quality practices.
• Act as a guardian of Continuous Delivery, encouraging technical discussions and identifying opportunities to improve the squad's development and delivery processes.
• Promote engineering practices that increase team efficiency, development quality, and delivery predictability.
• Analyze technical challenges proactively and adapt solutions to changing or adverse scenarios.
• Use AI-powered development tools appropriately to accelerate coding, problem-solving, and delivery while validating outputs and maintaining accountability for the final solution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing technical knowledge and raising engineering standards across the team.

• Solid professional experience developing both backend and frontend applications, particularly with Node.js and ReactJS.
• Strong understanding of best practices for API development, including maintainability, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Experience working with microservices architectures and distributed application environments.
• Ability to work with significant autonomy, taking technical ownership of complex development tasks and decisions.
• Strong understanding of software engineering practices focused on quality, maintainability, and continuous delivery.
• Experience or familiarity with automated testing and quality assurance practices.
• Resilience and adaptability when working through complex technical challenges, changing requirements, and adverse scenarios.
• Demonstrated ability to participate in technical refinement and translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
