- Coordinate regulatory compliance activities for projects involving the launch or expansion of services into new markets.
- Orchestrate Legal, Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional efforts when regulatory or operational requirements require coordinated action.
- Coordinate the technical activities required to integrate new mobile networks into the existing platform and ensure integration milestones are achieved.
- Act as a first-level escalation point for project issues, delivery shortcomings, dependencies, and risks, coordinating the appropriate teams toward resolution.
- Maintain strong project governance across the full lifecycle, ensuring decisions, actions, risks, and deliverables remain documented and traceable.
- At least 6 years of experience managing enterprise software deployment and integration projects, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the mobile telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of eSIM technology, its applications, and relevant operational use cases.

- Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end project planning and execution, including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, critical paths, risk management, and status reporting.
- Experience working across multiple project management methodologies, from traditional Waterfall approaches to Agile delivery models.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple internal stakeholders, external vendors, technology partners, and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establish accountability and maintain productive relationships throughout a project lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly when managing competing priorities, project risks, and delivery constraints.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and deadlines without losing sight of strategic objectives.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
