What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is positive, dependable, organized, curious, and ready to learn. The right person will take initiative, ask questions, communicate well, pay attention to detail, and be open to feedback. This internship also has the potential to grow into a long-term opportunity with Balance4ward.
This isn’t an internship where you’ll spend the summer watching from the sidelines. You’ll be expected to jump in, ask questions, build relationships, and take ownership of your work. You’ll get a firsthand look at how we sell at Balance4ward, work with cattle feeders, and build relationships that create long-term value. We’re looking for someone with a high drive who’s ready to learn, contribute, and get to work.
Housing: Balance4ward will assist in locating housing for the duration of the summer within drivable distance of the assigned office location. Intern will be responsible for up to $200 of living expenses per month plus any extra utilities. If a home address is within drivable distance, the intern may commute.
The Balance4ward Internship Program is a paid, 12-week opportunity that takes place during the summer months (May-August). Interns are expected to commit to the full 12-week program.
