  • Build competitive advantage: Develop localized competitive positioning and messaging to help sales teams differentiate effectively in the market.
  • Collaborate across the ecosystem: Partner with internal functional and regional teams as well as in-country alliance partners to maximize customer and commercial outcomes.
  • Represent the region: Provide leadership, strategic insight, and executive presence across customer, prospect, partner, and internal stakeholder engagements.
Requirements
  • Sales leadership experience: 5–10 years of successful sales management and individual-contributor experience, including at least 3 years with the same organization and a demonstrable record of achievement.
  • SaaS expertise: Strong experience selling complex cloud-based or SaaS solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Commercial performance: Proven ability to personally deliver against sales targets while simultaneously recruiting, developing, and managing high-performing sales talent.
  • Strategic selling: Ability to identify complex customer challenges and translate them into compelling, differentiated value propositions focused on measurable business outcomes.
  • Executive engagement: Demonstrated success engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels, from functional leaders through C-suite executives.
  • Leadership and coaching: Strong ability to qualify opportunities, coach sales professionals, develop talent, and establish high standards of execution.

  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across functional and regional boundaries and coordinate with teams operating across multiple time zones.
