We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-TimeRovingApartment Maintenance Technician in Minot, ND. Explore Monarch herehttps://www.mimginvestment.com/and consider this your personal invitation to apply!
Your day-to-day:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
- Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks
- Respond to work orders and resident service requests
- Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections
- Participate in an on-call rotation on an as needed basis
- Snow removal when needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience
- Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong work ethic
- Team player with great communication and a friendly vibe
- Someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time
Compensation & Benefits:
- $28-$30/Hour
- Annual salary increases up
- Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $4,000 annually
- Holiday coverage bonuses
-401kplanning with up to a $4,000 annual match
