We are seeking a Telecommunications Analyst III with strong experience in Avaya, SIP, VoIP, and voice migration projects. The role will support the transition from Avaya to Microsoft Teams Voice and provide administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and technical support for enterprise voice and contact center systems.

• Administer and support enterprise Avaya voice and unified communications systems.
• Work with SIP trunking, SBCs, dial plans, call routing, and E911.
• Support IVR and Contact Center solutions.
• Analyze existing voice environments and assist with migration to Microsoft Teams Voice.
• Plan and execute voice modernization and migration projects.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot voice, call-flow, and communication issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and end users.
• Create technical documentation and training materials.

• 3–5 years of relevant telecommunications/voice experience.
• Strong Avaya Administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with SIP, VoIP, SBCs, dial plans, and call routing.
• Experience with voice migration/modernization projects.
• Experience with IVR and Contact Center technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Microsoft Teams Voice experience.
• Landis Contact Center experience.
• ITIL certification.
• Avaya certifications such as ACIS, AIPS, ACSS, or ASPS.

Note: Candidates must currently reside in Wisconsin. Relocation candidates will not be considered.
