As a Security Specialist, you will serve as a professional presence on the property while helping maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment. You will be expected to stay alert, communicate effectively, and take ownership of your responsibilities throughout every shift.

Vigilance: You stay aware of your surroundings, identify potential concerns, and take action before small issues become larger problems.

Communication: You can communicate clearly and professionally with tenants, visitors, coworkers, and emergency personnel.

Reliability: You arrive prepared, on time, and ready to maintain a high standard throughout your shift.

Attention to Detail: You take pride in accurate reports, proper uniform standards, and completing responsibilities thoroughly.

Sound Judgment: You remain calm under pressure and know when to respond, report, or request additional assistance.

• Active Denver Guard Card (or the ability to obtain one)

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Ability to respond appropriately during emergencies

• Comfortable using a smartphone for communication and security-related tasks

• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned work location

• Availability to work the assigned schedule, including weekends and holidays as required
