Aesthetic Injector NP/PA/RN: Destination Aesthetics
Location: Roseville, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $47 - $100/hr + monthly bonus opportunity
Schedule/Availability: 32-40 hours per week. Open availability.

Perform physical examinations and nonsurgical procedures (including but not limited to injecting neurotoxins, neuromodulator devices, and fillers), discuss expected patient outcomes, prepare treatment plans, and manage patients with facial aesthetic needs Some administrative duties such as following up with patients, charting, and meticulous documentation of patient care Leveraging strong organization, communication, and customer service skills with a passion for providing high-quality patient care Working both as a collaborative team member and independently as a solo providerRequirements:
Licensure & Certifications:
Board-certified NP/PAActive and in good standing state (that this role is listed in) license Active BLS or ACLS certification Injector certification highly preferredClinical Competencies:
Ability to safely administer injectable treatments in accordance with state regulations and clinical protocols Knowledge of infection prevention, aseptic technique, and sharps safety Ability to recognize and respond to adverse events and complications associated with aesthetic treatments Advanced knowledge of facial anatomy including vasculatureUnderstanding of danger zones and high-risk injection areasAbility to identify and manage vascular occlusionKnowledge of skin layers and tissue planesUnderstanding of facial balancing and facial agingRecognition and management of allergic reactionsEmergency preparedness and protocol adherenceUnderstanding of contraindications for aesthetic treatmentsCompliance & Documentation
Ability to maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and company compliance standards Commitment to patient safety, informed consent, and ethical clinical practicePhysical Requirements:
Ability to perform repetitive fine motor movements with hands and fingers Ability to safely handle needles, sharps, and medical supplies Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and lift standard medical aesthetic equipment and inventoryTraining & Travel:
