Certified Medication Technician (CMT) | Part-Time | Assisted Living in Chesterfield, Missouri at Friendship Village

Join the team at Friendship Village Chesterfield, a senior living community focused on providing exceptional care while supporting our employees with a positive and team-oriented work environment.

We are currently hiring Part-Time CMTs for our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

Available Shift

• Day Shift: 6:30am - 2:30pm, Every other Friday and Sunday

• Evening Shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm, Every Tuesday and Friday

Shift Differentials

• Day Shift: Additional $1 on the weekends.

• Evening Shift: Additional $1–$2/hour

CMT Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and safely according to physician orders and facility policies

• Provide support with daily living activities as needed

• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff

• Maintain accurate medication documentation and records

• Support residents with compassionate, resident-centered care

• Work collaboratively with nurses and healthcare team members

Qualifications

• Active CMT certification in the state of Missouri

• CPR certification

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Compassionate approach to resident care

• Long-term care or senior living experience preferred, but not required
