Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling is growing fast, and we’re looking for driven individuals to join our Entry-Level Sales team. In this role, you’ll connect with homeowners and set appointments for exterior home improvement projects.

We’re on track to reach $15M in revenue next year, and our sales team plays a critical role in that success. We offer a product line customers love, including windows, doors, roofing, siding, and bathroom remodeling.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with homeowners in pre-selected territories within an hour of our Pittsburgh office
• Build rapport and generate interest in our exterior home improvement services
• Set free in-home consultation appointments for our outside sales team
• Represent a trusted, established brand with premium products
• Represent the company at home shows, trade shows, and exposWork outdoors while staying active and meeting new people daily
• Use this role as a pathway into sales or management opportunities within the company

What You’ll Earn

• Base pay + multiple bonuses + uncapped commissions
• Bonuses paid daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually
• Total compensation: $30,000 -$80,000 per year
• Top performers can exceed expectations (one rep averaged $54/hour in their first month)

Requirements

• Availability to work until 6:30–7:00 PM Monday - Friday and some weekends as needed
• Ability to walk and work outdoors for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel locally within assigned territories
