This is a project-based, fully remote opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys combining accuracy, problem-solving, and strong communication. You will take ownership of key parts of the order-to-cash cycle, from invoicing and payment application to collections and dispute resolution. The role also involves reconciling transactions across major Amazon platforms and identifying discrepancies before they become larger issues. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to improve billing processes and customer outcomes. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and high-quality financial operations. It is an ideal role for someone who takes pride in clean reconciliations and well-organized financial records.

Accountabilities:
  • Accounts receivable management: Own day-to-day order-to-cash activities, including customer invoicing through vendor portals and ERP systems.
  • Payment processing: Accurately process, allocate, and reconcile incoming payments across multiple platforms.
  • Collections: Monitor customer accounts and proactively follow up on overdue balances with professionalism, persistence, and a customer-focused approach.
  • Chargebacks and disputes: Manage chargebacks and billing disputes end-to-end, including documentation, submissions, follow-up, and resolution tracking.
  • Amazon reconciliation: Reconcile transactions and revenue across Amazon Seller Central and Merch by Amazon, investigate discrepancies, and implement appropriate corrections.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success teams to resolve billing issues and identify ways to prevent recurring problems.
  • Financial reporting: Maintain accurate and organized financial records and prepare aging, reconciliation, and other AR-related reports.
  • Month-end support: Assist with month-end close activities, cash forecasting, and other accounting processes as required.
  • Process improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline AR workflows, improve documentation, and strengthen financial controls.
  • Team contribution: Bring a proactive and collaborative approach to the finance team while supporting a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Professional experience: 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, general accounting, or a closely related finance function.
  • Reconciliation expertise: Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to perform accurate, thorough financial reconciliations.
  • Amazon knowledge: Familiarity with Amazon marketplaces, particularly Seller Central and Merch by Amazon, including their reporting and reconciliation tools.
  • Chargeback experience: Practical experience managing chargebacks and resolving customer or payment disputes.
  • Accounting systems: Proficiency with accounting ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving: A proactive, analytical approach to identifying discrepancies, investigating issues, and finding effective solutions.
  • Collaboration: Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively across Finance, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success.
  • Preferred: Experience preparing successful chargeback dispute responses, improving financial processes, documenting workflows, or working extensively with Amazon reporting data.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Fully remote work with flexibility suited to distributed teams.
  • Flexible working hours to support productivity and work-life balance.
  • Project-based opportunity within a fast-growing, international environment.
  • Collaborative culture where employees are encouraged to contribute ideas and make an impact.
  • Recognition and celebration of achievements, with an environment that values employee contributions.
  • Work-life balance supported through a remote-friendly and people-focused working environment.
