This is a remote opportunity for a technology professional working at the intersection of software development, systems integration, automation, and artificial intelligence.
You will help design and implement end-to-end solutions that connect internal systems and corporate platforms while improving business processes.
The role combines hands-on technical work with requirements analysis, documentation, testing, incident management, and systems support.
You will also explore practical applications of AI, including intelligent automations, virtual agents, and LLM-based solutions through APIs.
Working closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and external partners, you will contribute to reliable and scalable technology environments.
The position offers exposure to modern cloud, observability, CI/CD, database, and enterprise integration technologies.

- Map, design, develop, and implement end-to-end process automations integrating internal systems and corporate platforms.
- Explore, prototype, and implement AI-powered solutions, including virtual agents, intelligent automations, and LLM integrations through APIs.
- Support the operation, maintenance, evolution, and technical integration of systems and architectures.
- Gather functional requirements and develop technical specifications for architecture, integrations, and code in partnership with business and technology teams.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration maps, API contracts, and business rules.
- Develop and execute functional, integration, and acceptance tests to validate solutions before production deployment.
- Provide N3 technical support and participate in Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes, including ITIL and GMUD practices.
- Monitor system and integration performance and availability using observability and monitoring tools.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and contribute to the resolution of complex technical incidents.
- Technically assess and monitor deliverables from external consultancies and technology providers, ensuring adherence to quality and technical standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field.
- Previous professional experience in software development, scripting, systems integration, or a comparable technical environment.
- Practical experience applying or integrating Artificial Intelligence solutions, such as consuming AI APIs from providers like OpenAI or Claude, using AI frameworks, or implementing intelligent automation and AI-assisted development workflows.
- Practical knowledge of relational and/or non-relational databases, including SQL/NoSQL queries and data manipulation.
- Experience gathering technical requirements, documenting APIs and systems, and conducting root-cause analysis of complex incidents.
- Knowledge of IT governance processes, ITIL practices, and Change Management (GMUD).
- Strong logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and systems perspective for diagnosing and resolving technical problems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering teams and business areas.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal technology teams, business stakeholders, consultants, and external vendors.
- Nice to have: Experience with AI frameworks and practical knowledge of Oracle EBS or ERP integrations.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
