ADVOGADO ASSOCIADO ( ATOS) - REDAO/EXECUO

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an ADVOGADO ASSOCIADO (ATOS) - REDAÇÃO/EXECUÇÃO based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to work on legal matters focused on judicial execution and procedural activities within a dynamic corporate legal environment.
You will be responsible for analysing cases, preparing legal submissions, and ensuring that procedural actions are completed accurately and within required deadlines.
The position involves working with execution-related matters, including judicial blocks, objections, enforcement proceedings, calculations, and document submissions.
You will also maintain accurate records across internal and client systems, ensuring that protocols and case developments are properly documented.
The role requires strong attention to detail, legal writing skills, procedural knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple activities efficiently.
You will collaborate closely with clients and internal legal teams to provide consistent and high-quality procedural support.

Accountabilities:
  • Analyse judicial blocks received through the Sisbajud system, review the relevant procedural context, and carry out the appropriate treatment and follow-up activities in the client's system.
  • Draft and file objections to enforcement proceedings and other execution-related legal submissions, including Impugnação ao Cumprimento de Sentença and Embargos à Execução.
  • Prepare procedural petitions and manifestations involving proof of compliance, requests to restore procedural order, release of judicial deposits or warrants, judgment enforcement, calculation matters, document submissions, and responses to court orders.
  • Ensure that all legal documents are properly filed and that protocol receipts are recorded and updated in both internal systems and client platforms.
  • Prepare occasional legal calculations at different stages of proceedings when required.
  • Review procedural developments and determine the appropriate legal and administrative actions to ensure cases progress efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and timely case records, supporting effective communication between legal teams and clients.
  • Manage assigned activities with attention to deadlines, procedural requirements, document accuracy, and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Completed university degree in Law.
  • Active registration with the OAB/CE.
  • Active digital certificate required for electronic legal proceedings and document filing.
  • Previous professional experience in the execution phase of legal proceedings is considered a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of civil procedure and judicial enforcement activities, including execution proceedings, objections, court orders, and related procedural measures.
  • Strong legal writing and document preparation skills, with attention to accuracy and procedural formalities.
  • Ability to analyse case information, identify appropriate procedural actions, and work with legal systems and electronic court platforms.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing multiple cases, deadlines, documents, and system updates.
  • Proactive, responsible, and collaborative approach to working with clients and legal teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a structured, deadline-driven legal environment while maintaining a high standard of quality.
