  • Supporting continued growth of the academic faculty, subspecialty multidisciplinary programs, and Medical Group practices
  • Identifying, evaluating, and implementing new programs, services, technologies, and care delivery models
  • Partnering with academic departments, hospitals, and the health system on space, technology, and operational planning
  • Supporting physician recruitment, development, engagement, and retention initiatives
  • Identifying opportunities for accreditations, designations, and external recognition, including U.S. News & World Report rankings
  • Developing and monitoring performance metrics related to volume, quality, safety, patient satisfaction, and financial performance
  • Leading quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and resource utilization
  • Managing Digestive Health program meetings and ensuring continued execution of strategic priorities

  • You are skilled at developing trusted partnerships with physicians, executives, and multidisciplinary teams
