Senior Director, Enterprise Partnerships - ZX

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Director, Enterprise Partnerships - ZX based in United States.

This is a senior, revenue-focused individual contributor role responsible for driving profitable growth across a portfolio of enterprise clients.
You will lead client strategy, strengthen executive relationships, and develop expansion opportunities across existing accounts.
The role sits at the intersection of sales, client services, and marketing, requiring strong commercial judgment and cross-functional leadership.
You will identify opportunities to scale existing solutions, introduce new offerings, and build strategic pursuits that accelerate client growth.
Success will depend on your ability to navigate complex organizations, translate business needs into actionable strategies, and deliver measurable client outcomes.
You will also help make client development more predictable by establishing effective communication, contracting, and relationship-management practices.

Accountabilities:
  • Own a dedicated portfolio of enterprise client relationships and drive high revenue growth, targeting approximately 20–40%+ annual growth through expansion of existing solutions and introduction of new offerings.
  • Develop and execute client strategies that identify opportunities for deeper engagement, increased solution adoption, and long-term commercial growth.
  • Lead strategic new pursuits within existing client relationships in close partnership with new business teams.
  • Navigate complex internal and external stakeholder environments to deliver measurable business impact and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Provide horizontal leadership across cross-functional teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and effective execution.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, priorities, challenges, and objectives, advocating for tailored solutions that address both immediate and long-term needs.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders while establishing and managing clear expectations.
  • Identify obstacles and coordinate with shared-service and internal teams to resolve issues and keep client initiatives moving forward.
  • Own contracting processes end to end, including pilot extensions, renewals, ongoing negotiations, and related commercial discussions.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable tools, processes, and operating practices that make client development more predictable and repeatable.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of experience owning client relationships, with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and expanding enterprise accounts.
  • Proven ability to sell managed-service campaigns supported by data-driven decision-making and measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of multiple media channels and the ability to move comfortably between detailed operational discussions and high-level strategic conversations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in innovation, new solutions, and identifying opportunities for business growth.
  • Ability to understand complex client needs, translate them into clear and compelling briefs, and collaborate with multiple functions to develop practical strategies.
  • Strong quantitative background with an understanding of finance, data, analytics, and how these disciplines inform commercial decisions.
  • Growth mindset and openness to coaching, feedback, and continuous development.
  • Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels of an organization.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to lead through influence in a highly cross-functional environment.
