This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Consultant, Dedicated Success based in the United States.
This is a high-touch account management opportunity focused on a select portfolio of approximately 40 high-value customers.
You’ll own the full post-sale lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation through support, retention, and renewals.
The role combines strategic consulting, relationship management, technical expertise, and commercial ownership.
You’ll develop trusted, long-term partnerships with real estate professionals and become a strategic advisor to their businesses.
By understanding each customer’s operations, goals, and challenges, you’ll deliver tailored guidance, insights, and solutions that create measurable value.
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Technology, Operations, and Finance to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a U.S.-based remote role with approximately 10% travel for conferences, events, and customer engagement.
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of approximately 40 high-value customer accounts, developing strong relationships and positioning yourself as a trusted business partner.
- Own the complete post-sale customer journey, including product implementation, onboarding, training, ongoing support, escalations, retention, and renewals.
- Build a deep understanding of each customer’s business operations, systems, priorities, and challenges to provide highly personalized consultation and recommendations.
- Deliver tailored data, insights, best practices, and strategic guidance that help customers maximize the value of their products and services.
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with customers and maintain a highly personalized, white-glove experience throughout the partnership.
- Identify opportunities to retain and grow revenue by recommending relevant products, services, enhancements, and solutions.
- Develop a strong understanding of key business processes and products, identifying improvements that can enhance customer experience and revenue performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Technology, Operations, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to resolve issues and support customer outcomes.
- Execute strategic initiatives and organizational objectives established by leadership while maintaining accountability for the success of your book of business.
- Represent the organization at conferences, industry events, and customer engagements, with approximately 10% travel expected.
- Maintain strong technical and business proficiency across Salesforce, Focus Fire, Microsoft applications, and other enterprise systems.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across different levels and functions to coordinate solutions and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Approximately 8 years of account management experience, with a focus on key, strategic, or major accounts.
- Demonstrated success managing customer relationships and owning revenue retention and growth across a portfolio of accounts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine customer-first mindset, with the ability to develop both professional relationships and authentic personal connections.
- Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform to manage accounts, customer information, activities, and business opportunities.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry, including familiarity with the needs and challenges of real estate professionals, is preferred.
- Experience providing technical customer support and translating customer needs into practical solutions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to independently manage schedules, priorities, and multiple customer requirements.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take ownership of customer outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable collaborating across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Technology, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams.
- Proficiency with PCs, internet-based tools, and Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10% for conferences, events, and customer engagement.
