We're looking for a RemoteFix Engineer who combines strong technical skills with exceptional customer service. In this role, you'll serve as a dedicated technical resource for an assigned Client Success Team, working closely with clients to resolve issues, provide guidance, and deliver an outstanding support experience.

What You'll Do

As a RemoteFix Engineer, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients' technology needs. You'll work directly with end users, resolve technical issues, communicate solutions clearly, and collaborate with other engineers to ensure every client receives exceptional service.

You'll become familiar with the businesses you support, allowing you to provide more personalized, efficient, and proactive technical assistance.

In This Role, You Will:

✅ Troubleshoot and resolve a wide variety of end-user technology issues

✅ Serve as a trusted technical resource for your assigned clients

✅ Manage service tickets from intake through resolution or escalation

✅ Deliver outstanding customer service through proactive communication

✅ Support Microsoft 365, Windows environments, Active Directory, mobile devices, printers, and workstation technologies

✅ Collaborate with Systems Support Engineers, Network Engineers, Technology Strategists, and Client Success Partners

✅ Participate in client meetings to better understand business operations and technology goals

✅ Document solutions and contribute to shared team knowledge

✅ Identify opportunities to improve processes and elevate the client experience

✅ Continue growing your technical skills through training, mentorship, and hands-on experience

More Than a Help Desk Position

At Integrity, our RemoteFix Engineers aren't anonymous technicians working through endless queues.

You'll be aligned with a dedicated Client Success Team and develop meaningful relationships with the clients you support. Over time, you'll gain a deep understanding of their technology environments, business processes, and operational priorities.

That familiarity allows you to provide faster support, better recommendations, and a more personalized experience for every client interaction.

What You'll Be Working On

You'll troubleshoot and support technologies such as:

  • Microsoft Windows operating systems
  • Microsoft 365 and Office applications
  • Active Directory user administration
  • Workstation hardware and software
  • Mobile devices and tablets
  • Printer and peripheral issues
  • Password and user access concerns
  • Network connectivity issues
  • Remote access technologies
  • Security and endpoint protection technologies

You'll also collaborate with senior engineers when more advanced technical expertise is needed, giving you valuable opportunities to learn and expand your skills.

QualificationsRequired
  • At least 1 year of IT support experience in a client-facing role
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory administration
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals such as IP addressing, DNS, and connectivity troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple support requests effectively
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Preferred
  • Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Industry certifications such as:
    • CompTIA A+
    • Network+
    • Security+
    • Microsoft Certifications
    • Cisco Certifications
  • Experience with ConnectWise or other professional service management platforms

Work Environment

This position follows a hybrid work model, combining remote work flexibility with in-office collaboration.

The role includes:

  • Frequent interaction with clients via phone, email, remote support sessions, and virtual meetings
  • Occasional travel to client locations for onsite troubleshooting and support
  • Participation in an on-call rotation
  • Extended computer use
  • Occasional lifting of technology equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
  • A fast-paced environment requiring strong prioritization, adaptability, and attention to detail
