This is a senior technical leadership role for a professional who combines deep engineering knowledge with strong architectural thinking.

The position has a strong focus on .NET, cloud architecture, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practices.

• Provide technical leadership and act as a reference point for software development teams, supporting architecture and engineering decisions.
• Design and evaluate software solutions based on business requirements, scalability, maintainability, integrations, and technical best practices.
• Apply strong .NET expertise to guide technical direction and support the development of robust software systems.
• Analyze code, components, integrations, and system dependencies to ensure technical decisions are well-founded, even when the role is not primarily hands-on.
• Guide the adoption of cloud and Cloud Native architecture principles across solutions.
• Support technical decisions involving Kubernetes applications, including ingress, load balancing, networking, and related infrastructure concepts.
• Contribute to the definition and improvement of CI/CD practices and pipelines, particularly using Azure DevOps.
• Translate business problems and requirements into clear, scalable, and sustainable technical solutions.
• Facilitate communication, negotiation, and alignment between different technical and professional profiles.
• Influence teams through technical expertise, collaboration, and credibility rather than relying exclusively on formal authority.
• Help resolve technical conflicts and establish effective solutions when priorities or stakeholder expectations differ.

• Solid experience as a Tech Lead, Software Architect, or technical reference within software development teams.
• Strong professional experience with .NET, which is the primary technology required for this position.
• Experience developing software systems and a deep understanding of code, components, integrations, and technical dependencies.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture and proven experience designing technical solutions.
• Understanding of cloud technologies and Cloud Native architecture concepts.
• Knowledge of applications running on Kubernetes, including ingress, load balancing, networking, and related concepts.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and pipelines, particularly with Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with professionals from different backgrounds.
• Proven ability to negotiate, manage conflicts, and align technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to transform business needs and complex problems into practical technical solutions.
• Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence teams through technical expertise and sound judgment.
• Nice to have: Experience with React or React Native and mobile application architecture.
• Nice to have: Experience with observability tools and concepts, such as Elastic and Dynatrace.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of Java, Node.js, Python, or other technologies within modern development ecosystems.
