- Manage the day-to-day execution and optimization of Amazon Search and Amazon DSP campaigns across multiple client accounts, monitoring budgets, pacing, targeting, bidding strategies, placements, and overall performance.
- Implement data-driven optimization recommendations aligned with campaign performance trends, client objectives, and commerce strategies.
- Support campaign launches, quality assurance processes, account maintenance, and ongoing performance improvements.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights, using Excel and platform reporting tools to evaluate ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and media efficiency.
- Build and contribute to reporting decks, written performance summaries, and internal updates that clearly communicate campaign results and recommendations.
- Support both Amazon Search and Amazon DSP initiatives, with an expected focus split of approximately 50/50 between the two channels.
- Assist with testing audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, targeting approaches, and other campaign variables to improve results.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign execution supports broader commerce strategies and priorities.
- Maintain proactive communication around campaign performance, priorities, and deadlines while contributing to client-facing deliverables when required.
- Manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously while maintaining high standards of organization, accuracy, and execution.
- 2–3+ years of hands-on experience building, managing, and optimizing Amazon Search and Amazon DSP campaigns, with a strong understanding of campaign strategy, bidding, budgets, pacing, and placement optimization.
- Experience working with retail media or e-commerce brands and a solid understanding of performance-focused advertising environments.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, ideally within a fast-paced agency setting.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate campaign performance into practical optimization decisions.
- Proven experience working with KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and media efficiency.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets and performance reports.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent prioritization, organization, and deadline-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
- Availability to work U.S. business hours, with a preference for candidates able to overlap with Eastern Time.
- Experience with Walmart DSP, DV360, The Trade Desk, or other programmatic platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with commerce campaign management platforms such as Skai is advantageous.
- Agency-side digital media experience and exposure to client-facing communication or reporting presentations are also desirable.

- Salary starting at $3,000 USD per month, with flexibility for higher offers depending on experience and expertise.
- Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, aligned with regular U.S. business hours and Eastern Time.
