Position Overview:
Step into the dynamic world of oral surgery as an Oral Surgery Dental Assistant! Your role is pivotal, aiding surgeons with precision during procedures and meticulously documenting patient care. From preoperative tasks to maintaining sterile environments, your expertise ensures smooth operations. Participate in strategic discussions with surgeons, monitor patient status, and handle advanced equipment with finesse. Dive into the heart of dental care, obtaining vital radiographs and crafting detailed patient narratives.

What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- MA Dental Assistant license (required)
- Radiology Certification (or ability to complete within 1 month of hire)
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 1 month of hire)
- DAANCE Certification is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on patient safety and infection control
- Excellent manual dexterity and clinical precision
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced periodontal setting
- Professional, calm, and compassionate demeanor with patients
- Strong teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with clinical documentation
- Prior periodontal or surgical dental assisting experience is beneficial
