Automotive Service Coordinator in Fort Walton Beach, Florida at Mazda of Fort Walton Beach

Mazda of Fort Walton Beach is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our growing Service Department.

This is not your typical front-desk position. We’re looking for someone who can wear multiple hats, take care of customers, and help keep the entire service drive moving.

What You'll Do

• Greet and check in service customers
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Provide customers with vehicle updates
• Assist with repair orders and service recommendations
• Follow up with customers and declined service opportunities
• Help with customer check-out and vehicle delivery
• Step in and assist the Service Advisor and Service Director wherever needed
• Help drive customer satisfaction and overall department performance

Someone who is outgoing, organized, dependable, comfortable talking with customers, and isn't afraid to take initiative. Automotive experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person.
