Training and Development Specialist in Merrill, Wisconsin at Park City Credit Union

The Training and Development Specialist is responsible for ensuring all new Member Service Representatives (MSR), Member Service Specialists (MSS), Retail Support Specialists (RSS), and New Account Specialists (NAS) and Lending Specialists (LS) receive uniform and effective initial core, credit union and product and service training that drives them to be successful in delivering raving fan service, and performing accurate and efficient transactions. Providing a solid foundation for MSR Supervisors, Branch Managers, and the Sales Training Specialist to strengthen and grow the employees through supervision, coaching, and advanced training. In addition, assisting in developing, enhancing and conducting follow-up training programs for existing retail employees.

The Training and Development Specialist honors the Credit Union vision within every aspect of the position, providing innovative training programs that invigorates employees to succeed and supports consistent execution of i4 at all branch locations.

Must be comfortable presenting material in a variety of settings and comfortable with public speaking to various group sizes. Minimum of 1 year in a financial setting performing teller type transactions and demonstrated success in a previous training or mentoring role is required.
