We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to step into an executive leadership role as Clinical and Business Operations Director for our client's center in Gilbert, AZ. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Clinical Services, this high-impact, dual role requires a clinician who understands clinical excellence in an in-center environment and can effectively lead administrative, financial, and facility operations.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $115,000 – $145,000 per year (commensurate with experience).

Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & P&L Oversight: Manage the operational budget and hold direct responsibility for center-level Profit and Loss (P&L) statements. Analyze center production, billable utilization, unit margins, revenue per BCBA/RBT, and claim conversion rates to ensure financial targets are met.
Training, Mentoring & Professional Development: Design and implement structured onboarding and mentorship programs for center BCBAs. Provide ongoing clinical coaching on treatment plan design, BIP development, FBAs, and balancing clinical excellence with administrative efficiency.
Center Operations Management: Oversee daily administrative and clinical workflows within the Gilbert center. Monitor operational KPIs such as center capacity utilization, intake timelines, cancellation rates, and staff retention.
Insurance Billing, Credentialing & RCM Alignment: Serve as the operational liaison to the RCM team. Oversee provider credentialing, analyze reimbursement rates and claim denials, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of payor-specific CPT coding (97151–97158) and authorization guidelines.
Quality Assurance (QA) & Compliance: Establish center QA protocols and continuous Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives to elevate treatment outcomes and ensure full compliance with BACB guidelines, state regulations, and payor standards.
Leadership & Team Management: Lead, evaluate, and support BCBAs, RBTs, and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative culture focused on high-quality patient care and operational performance.
Qualifications Required
Certification: Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentialing in good standing with the BACB.
Licensure: Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in good standing.
Clinical Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of active clinical experience as a BCBA.
Leadership Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years in an operational leadership role (e.g., Clinical Director, Operations Director, Center Director) within an in-center ABA setting.
Financial & Business Acumen: Proven track record managing center P&L statements, operational budgeting, RCM/billing workflows, and practice management systems (e.g., CentralReach, Rethink, NPAWorks).
