Recently, Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients. LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Edison, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate engineering projects across all phases: planning, design, permitting, and construction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Facilitate design reviews, coordination meetings and quality control processes.
- Lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
- Support business development efforts through proposal writing and client presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in consulting engineering or construction project management.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or PMP certification preferred.
- Experience of successfully managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
- Strong understanding of building systems (MEP, structural, civil) and construction processes.
- Healthcare and municipal project experience a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with sustainable design and LEED-certified projects.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask to meet specific project deadlines.

-Compensation: Minimum: $100,000 – Maximum: $130,000. The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined based on the individual candidate's qualifications and location.
