Endpoint/Workplace Engineer (Platform Engineering) | Contract in Vilnius, Vilniaus apskritis at WISE INTEGRATION

As part of our team, you will provide Software Distribution support (L2-L3) for the workstation platform (29 000 machines), troubleshoot mass deployment issues, and help colleagues across Danske Bank find answers to application questions. You will know how application packages are prepared and delivered. You will work with Intune, PowerShell scripts, and Sysinternals tools. We are a friendly team of professionals with a good sense of humour and a strong sense of responsibility for each other.

• Ensure smooth software deployments and a stable applications environment on all Danske Bank workstations.
• Provide support for packaged applications and software patching (L2-L3 incidents), troubleshoot root causes and produce resolutions, and fix application packages.
• Prepare and maintain a knowledge base (instructions and work guides) for L1 support teams, and provide training for them.
• Run incident reduction plan, analyze trends, and resolve issues related to Java, Adobe products, and applications like Firefox, Visio, and IBM PCOMM.

Hard skills:

• Experience in troubleshooting Intune application mass deployment issues on Windows clients.
• PowerShell scripting experience.
• Knowledge of Windows OS architecture, file system, registry, and log reading.
• Knowledge of Sysinternals tools would be an advantage.
