  • Manage the full sales cycle including outreach, qualification, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate closely with internal inside sales, technical experts, and support teams to ensure effective client engagement and solution delivery.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM updates to provide visibility into revenue performance and opportunities.
  • Support client programs by understanding their development pipelines and ensuring alignment with ongoing and future project needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (B.S. required).
  • 5+ years of client-facing sales experience in the life sciences industry, with a strong track record of high performance.
  • Experience selling into biotech or biopharma environments, ideally within cell and gene therapy markets.
  • Strong technical understanding of molecular biology, including nucleic acids, gene editing, DNA plasmids, mRNA, viral vectors, and CAR-T workflows.
  • Experience working with contract development and/or contract manufacturing organizations (CDMO/CMO).
  • Knowledge of clinical drug development processes, including key stakeholders, sales cycles, and industry dynamics.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and build credibility with scientific and commercial stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Experience using CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • MBA, MSc, or PhD, and experience in GMP or clinical-stage programs are considered strong advantages.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range of approximately $160,000–$175,000, plus bonus and incentive compensation.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Retirement savings plan (401k) with employer contributions.
  • Paid time off and flexible remote work arrangements.
  • Career development opportunities within a global, science-driven organization.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge innovations in cell therapy, gene therapy, and genomic medicine.
  • Collaborative environment working with scientific and commercial experts across disciplines.
  • Inclusive workplace culture focused on diversity, equity, and professional growth.
