You will work directly with the founder to manage priorities, streamline communications, and ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. The role combines executive assistance with growth-oriented responsibilities, including customer outreach, CRM management, and coordination of strategic initiatives. You will play a key part in protecting executive focus time while enabling momentum across business development and internal operations. This position also involves supporting LinkedIn presence management and external communications with a high level of discretion and professionalism. - Manage executive communications end-to-end, including inbox prioritization, drafting responses, and ensuring timely follow-ups on key items.
- Own calendar management across multiple time zones, proactively resolving conflicts and safeguarding focus time.
- Support travel coordination, meeting preparation, and general executive administrative needs.
- Manage LinkedIn presence, including drafting content, handling connection requests, and ensuring professional communication standards.
- Conduct customer and market research to identify and qualify potential leads and strategic partners.
- Support outbound outreach by drafting personalized communication sequences and managing follow-ups.
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and ensure all prospect information and interactions are well documented.
- Coordinate internal operations, including action tracking, meetings, team rituals, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Assist in planning offsites, events, and operational logistics to ensure smooth execution.
- 3+ years of experience in executive support, operations, coordination, or similar roles supporting senior leadership.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience managing executive inboxes, calendars, and confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and productivity platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.
- Strong ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and ownership mentality.
- Comfort working directly with founders and handling high-priority, evolving tasks.
