This role is the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal support in sensitive financial situations, ensuring every client interaction is handled with clarity, empathy, and professionalism. You will manage inbound intake calls, guide potential clients through structured questionnaires, and accurately capture critical case information that supports bankruptcy and debt relief processes. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will also play a key role in coordinating follow-ups, document collection, and appointment scheduling to ensure smooth case progression. This is a remote position within a close-knit legal support team where accuracy and compassion directly impact client experience. Your work will help individuals navigate complex financial challenges with confidence and dignity.
You will be responsible for managing client intake operations from first contact through case qualification, ensuring accurate data collection and seamless coordination with legal staff.
- Handle inbound intake calls and guide clients through structured questionnaires with accuracy and professionalism
- Collect, verify, and record client information into digital intake systems and case management tools
- Transfer qualified cases to attorneys while ensuring all required documentation is complete
- Coordinate follow-ups with clients to gather missing documents and confirm appointments
- Provide bilingual support (English and Spanish) when interacting with clients
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation management, and case preparation notes
- Maintain consistent communication quality to ensure clients feel supported and informed throughout the intake process
Requirements:
You should bring strong customer service or intake experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage detailed information in a structured and empathetic manner.
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, intake, or administrative support roles
- Fluent English and strong Spanish communication skills (mandatory)
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Strong phone communication skills with a professional and empathetic tone
- Comfortable using digital tools such as forms, CRMs, Zoom, and basic office systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow structured processes
- Adaptability to handle both client-facing and back-office tasks effectively
