Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead GTM Systems Administrator based in the United States.
This role sits at the center of the systems powering a fast-scaling go-to-market organization, owning the tools, data flows, and automations that enable revenue teams to operate efficiently and at scale. You will be responsible for the end-to-end administration of core GTM platforms, ensuring seamless integration across Salesforce and adjacent sales engagement, enrichment, and communication tools. The role blends hands-on technical execution with strategic systems ownership, requiring strong judgment on when to use declarative solutions versus lightweight development. You will partner closely with RevOps and sales leadership to design scalable workflows, improve data integrity, and eliminate operational friction. Acting as both builder and gatekeeper, you will define best practices, elevate system standards, and mentor junior administrators. This is a high-impact role in a high-growth environment where systems directly shape revenue performance and operational efficiency.
In this role, you will own and evolve the GTM systems ecosystem, ensuring that sales and revenue teams have reliable, scalable, and well-integrated tools that support business growth and data accuracy.
- Own and administer the full GTM systems stack, including Salesforce and connected tools for sequencing, call recording, and data enrichment
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using a declarative-first approach, including Flows, validation rules, and security configurations
- Develop lightweight Apex and Lightning Web Components where necessary to extend platform capabilities
- Ensure accurate data synchronization across Salesforce and integrated GTM tools via iPaaS and native integrations
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot data and sync issues, and implement preventative guardrails for data quality
- Partner with RevOps and sales leadership to automate and optimize outbound and revenue workflows
- Lead evaluation, selection, and rollout of new GTM technologies and system enhancements
- Establish documentation standards, system governance, and best practices across the GTM stack
- Mentor junior administrators and serve as escalation point for complex technical and system issues
- Support cross-functional initiatives that improve scalability, efficiency, and revenue operations maturity
This role requires strong Salesforce expertise combined with hands-on GTM systems administration experience in fast-paced, revenue-driven environments. You bring a balance of declarative Salesforce mastery, integration awareness, and practical coding fluency, along with strong communication and ownership skills.
- 5–7 years of experience in Salesforce administration, ideally supporting Sales, RevOps, or GTM functions
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; Platform App Builder and/or Platform Developer I strongly preferred
- Strong expertise in Salesforce declarative tools including Flow, validation rules, security model, and data architecture
- Working knowledge of Apex (trigger frameworks, async/batch processing) and Lightning Web Components
- Experience with GTM tools such as sequencing platforms, call recording systems, and data enrichment solutions
- Hands-on experience managing Salesforce integrations via iPaaS or similar middleware tools
- Understanding of data integrity, system architecture, and cross-platform synchronization
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and translate technical concepts clearly
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) is a strong plus
- Bonus: experience in SaaS, marketplace, or high-growth tech environments; exposure to CI/CD and version control tools like Git or SFDX
- Competitive compensation package including base salary, bonus, and potential equity
- Base salary range: $108,885 – $150,700 USD (depending on experience and location)
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage
- Flexible work environment with hybrid and remote options depending on role and location
- Equity and variable compensation opportunities based on performance
- Career growth opportunities in systems leadership and RevOps enablement
- Exposure to high-growth, cross-functional revenue operations environments
- Additional perks and benefits outlined in the full company benefits program.
