About Chin Music
Chin Music is a baseball training company focused on developing confident, prepared, and disciplined athletes in a high-energy environment. We work with youth players and families who value structure, accountability, and long-term development. Our facilities are built on strong relationships, consistent standards, and coaches who care about more than just results. We believe great culture starts with great people, and every role at Chin Music plays a part in shaping the experience we deliver.
Facility Manager - East CobbThe role
The General Manager runs our East Cobb facility. You own two things: the revenue the facility produces and the experience every athlete and family has inside it. That means owning the full sales process from first visit to enrolled membership while leading the day-to-day facility operations so the standard never slips. You report to the Operating Partners and are accountable for the facility's monthly results.
What you'll own- Sales. Own the membership sales process end to end. Follow up on every lead, convert assessments and into enrollments, and grow recurring revenue against monthly targets.
- Daily Operating Rhythm. Run daily check-ins, manage scheduling, and help to ensure instruction quality.
- The Family Experience. Own retention. Build relationships with families so athletes stay and continue progressing.
- Operations. Keep the facility running smoothly: scheduling, cage and machine readiness, cleanliness, and other relevant facility systems.
- Performance. Review KPI's and report facility results to the Operating Partner each week.
- Played baseball at the college or professional level. This is the foundation our families and athletes expect from the person running the facility, and it is required.
- A track record in sales or membership sales, ideally in a service, fitness, or membership business.
- Experience leading a small team and holding people accountable without micromanaging.
- Comfort owning a number and a calm, organized approach to hitting it.
- Strong communication with both staff and families.
- Fluency with operational software, or the ability to learn it quickly. We run on dedicated scheduling and operations platforms.
