Geotechnical Project Manager in Rocky Hill, Connecticut at Weston & Sampson Engineers Inc

What you’ll do:

Responsible for project management; preparation of proposals, complex technical reports, specifications, and construction drawings.Managing and reviewing work of junior staff and mentoring.Some travel will be required to client meetings and project sites.What you’ll bring:

MS with concentration in Geotechnical Engineering.Minimum 10 years of diverse and proven geotechnical experience.Experience with CAD, dam safety engineering, seepage analyses, and hydrologic/hydraulic modeling related to dams is a plusFamiliar with geotechnical aspects of Building Codes and Design Manuals.Strong construction experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong leadership and decision-making skills.Must be motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.PE certification is required.#LI-Hybrid
